Privacy

This site is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no logins, and no forms that ask for personal details.

What is stored on your device

Nothing that identifies you is stored. The page keeps your chosen date in the URL (for example ?date=2026-12-25) so a link can be shared, but that is part of the link you copy, not a cookie or a tracker.

Location

The "use my location" button asks your browser for your location only when you click it. Your coordinates are used in your own browser to pick the nearest place and are then dropped. They are not sent to or stored on any server, because this site has no server: every page is a static file.

Analytics and advertising

There is no third party analytics and no advertising at present. If that changes, this page will say so before anything is added.

Third parties

Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party, so loading a page here makes no external request. The only time you reach another service is if you choose to follow a link: the map link opens Google Maps in a new tab, and the credits in the footer open GeoNames and SunCalc. Each of those has its own privacy policy, which applies once you visit them.
